I think its common courtesy for dj’s to not treat the dj booth as a storage locker for friends/girlfriends ect. i understand we need a place to keep our stuff, but when everyone and their uncle has bags and jackets back there and they feel its ok to get on stage or behind the decks and rummage through bags, its annoying and distracting, and that’s how things get stolen. If you are dj’ing and need to store a jacket or bag for someone, then you should be the one to put it there, and the one to retrieve it. bottom line:
only the dj’s should be allowed behind the decks.
