Dancing on the DJ stage...

recorded in october 2010, this mix has mostly electro, with bassline house, and some breakbeats for good measure. it was forcefully removed (kicking and screaming) from my soundcloud page shortly after it was uploaded and i never got to promote it properly…until now!
overheard outside of the dnb show:
Metal Chick: Fuck this techno shit, Skullfist is playing tonight!
& dj mixes less than an hour long
I’m seeing more and more of this lately, dj mixes that are 30 minutes, sometimes less than that… The standard dj set is an hour, so when you are making a mix, shoot for that. Cause when I see an online mix that is 24 minutes long, it just tells me that you can’t make a mix for an hour without trainwrecking.
